We met in 2017, as we embarked on our careers at LinkedIn’s Dublin HQ. Little did we know that this experience would profoundly shape our lives—both professionally and personally.

In Dublin, we were fortunate to grow within some of the fastest-growing companies in the world, meet incredibly talented individuals, and build lifelong connections that continue to thrive today.

All of this began in D2.

D2, the vibrant neighborhood in Dublin where most tech companies are based, became the launchpad for our professional journeys and a hub of innovation, collaboration, and growth.

Fast forward five years, and the tech industry has undergone immense transformation. From hybrid and remote work reshaping our daily routines to the challenge of maintaining meaningful connections in an increasingly virtual world, the landscape has shifted. Even in an industry known for innovation and agility, many of us have felt the growing disconnect in our communities.

So, how can we continue to cultivate new relationships and nurture existing ones in this new reality?

In 2022, inspired by our own journey, we set out to create something special: a space where professionals can come together—online and offline—to reconnect, collaborate, and grow. Today, our community brings together over 5,000+ members through a dynamic platform, as well as through engaging meet-ups and workshops in our key hubs.

Our mission is simple: to spark thought-provoking conversations, foster authentic connections, and create a sense of belonging for all.
